It's hard to always be a good person. Sometimes I have to remind myself that I shouldn't have as evil thoughts or tell people said evil thoughts out loud. However, it's hard to always be good when conversations like this happen:
Me in the bathroom with a coworker:
Coworker: Who is that girl you always have lunch with?
Me: That's ___________. She works for Mister X.
Coworker: Is that the black guy?
Yes, that conversation is real. Except my friend is not named blank and she does not work for Mister X. In attempts of being a good person though, I did not give a sassy retort and just said yes. Also... it would be easier to be nice if she did work for Mister X. How secret agent cool would that be?
So this is my start... day one of documenting my attempts to not be so mean.
